We do not use photos protected by copyright unless created by our in-house designers. We may provide links to recommended images for you to place yourself. Royalty-free photos can be used without restriction; however, copyrighted photos may require payment to the rightful owner(s).

4. Refund Policy

Cortex Wave Solutions guarantees a 100% refund under specific exceptional circumstances. However, the refund policy will be VOID if:

  • You have chosen a customized package.
  • You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts.
  • The customer has been irresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
  • The project is put on hold at the customer's request.
  • Reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'partner disagreement' occur.

5. Limitations on Revisions

Editing Orders: We review content for technical errors. Further revisions beyond objective errors are provided at the sole discretion of the Company.

Writing Orders: We revise small segments until approved. After approval, further changes will be subject to an editing fee.

6. Limitation Of Liability

You agree to release Cortex Wave Solutions and its affiliates from any losses or damages arising from malfunctions, failures, or delays beyond our control. In no event shall the Company be liable for direct, indirect, punitive, or incidental damages connected with the use of this website.
